The Offline Club
Unplug and relax

The Offline Club is a brand built around a simple yet powerful mission: encouraging real, meaningful connections by creating screen-free shared spaces for people to take a break from digital distractions. Their community-driven approach offers a refreshing alternative to screen-heavy lifestyles, creating an inviting space where human interaction takes center stage.

The Challenge
When The Offline Club approached me, they needed a brand that fully embodied their mission, was easy to recognize and use due to all the members involved to create events each month around the world.
The goal was to create a cohesive, engaging, and recognizable presence that felt retrò yet modern, something that would resonate with their community and reinforce their message across digital and offline platforms.
The main challenges were:
• Developing a consistent and adaptable brand identity that could easily maintain clarity.
• Finding the right balance between vintage aesthetics and a fresh, youthful appeal.
• Ensuring that all brand assets (from social media to merchandise) aligned with their core mission.
The Brand
Working closely with The Offline Club, I developed a funky yet simple brand identity and style guide that would serve as the foundation for all future visual assets.
This included:
• A Retro-Modern Visual Identity: Inspired by the warmth and charm of the ’70s, able to balance vintage nostalgia and contemporary aesthetics.
• Cohesive Branding Guidelines: From logo usage to illustrations and photography styles, every element was structured to easily maintain brand consistency no matter how experienced the user is.

• Custom Illustration & Design Elements: A unique set of illustrations representing offline activities and vintage objects, to reinforce the brand’s values.
• Social Media & Offline Presence: I provided Canva templates for internal use, ready made printable assets, and branded content guidelines to maintain engagement without contradicting their offline-first philosophy.
Playful & Functional Web Experience
A strong brand identity needs a digital presence that reflects its energy, and to complement the brand’s funky and retro aesthetic, BrandBros designed a playful and engaging website that balances fun with functionality.
Their wireframes added an extra playful touch, ensuring the online experience remained dynamic, fun, and aligned with the brand’s mission.
The result? A website that not only attracts and informs but also reinforces the sense of community and encourages real-world interactions.
